Cancellation Policy

In accordance with standard practice, we regret that a charge will be levied for missed appointments or non-attendance unless at least 24 hours notice is given. We also reserve the right to request payment up front.

• All offers are made in honour and are not meant to be legally binding. 
• No offer can be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Offers are not exchangeable for cash.
• Offers only apply to treatments provided at LMC.
• Offers do not apply to treatment provided by LMC practicioners at any other Location.

Maintenance Package 6x45min at £30 each

• Usual price for 45 minutes is £35
• Payment is required up front. (£180)
• Mainteance package is only available to registered patients. (ie new patients will require an initial consulatation which is not included in the package)
• There is no time limit on the use of treatments.
• Refunds for unused treatments require 2 business days notice.
• Refunds will be made less the undiscounted cost of treatments used.
• Treatments are not transferable.

The Lace Market Clinic is a trading style of autonomous health practitioners who operate as sole traders from premises in the Lace Market, Nottingham. The individuals do not trade as a partnership and are individually responsible for their own liabilities.
