Some kind words from my patients.

"Adam has successfully treated me on a number of occasions. I have absolute confidence as I know he is a real expert. He knew my recent back problem was likely to require lengthy treatment and it was refreshing to find someone who was mindful of the cost implication. Successful outcome yet again, with Adam working in conjunction with my personal trainer to ensure my safe return to exercise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."

"After 6 months of debilitating sciatica, which a Physiotherapist, a Chiropractor and 5 different prescription painkillers and anti-inflammatories had no impact on, I finally found Adam.
It took nearly 6 more months to get me back to normal, but I don't want that to sound like a complaint. All along the way Adam listened, tested, re-tested and adjusted my treatment routine until together we found what worked. I felt like a key part of the process, and it turns out that my body just needed a few months to be re-trained and strengthened.
I went from being unable to sleep more than 3 hours each night, and not being able to even straighten my left leg, to running 25km a week.
I have a running joke with Adam that I hope to never see him again, but if I have any biomechanical issues of any sort again, his will be the first number I call. If you're in pain, see him."

"Adam's approach is exactly as you'd want: scientific, meticulous, professional, and, in my experience, effective. His reassuring manner and encyclopedic knowledge of his field make each session with him a fulfilling experience.
His interventions have made a significant difference to my mobility, and the combination of his treatments and what I have learned from him about how my own body works adds up to an extremely worthwhile improvement.
I would not hesitate to recommend him as a professional, evidence-based practitioner."
