Acute Injuries   

Acute injuries have definite cause such as a twisted ankle playing football or lifting a heavy object whilst gardening.

Chronic or Posture Related Pain

Working in the city centre Adam sees a lot of patients with back and neck pain which is precipitated by poor working posture. Chronic pain may also be precipitated by structural imbalance such as a leg length difference or physical dissability which may predispose a person to regular acute injuries.
