  • Sport Specific 1hr injury prevention and training advice talk.
  • Sport specific warm up and cool down advice session.

Gold: Cost to club £40.00/month

  • Bronze & silver packages plus
  • Bi annual fitness testing
  • Sport specific structured training advice with telephone or e-mail support.

 

*Clubs with more than 30 active participants can be catered for by negotiation.
